Many people are hitting the roadways as the number of people who commute long-distances has been on the rise for many decades. As these new drivers begin to share the roads with us, it is important to understand that each of them have unique needs as a commuter. There are many more people with disabilities on the road than there used to be and even the size of personal-use vehicles is changing right before our eyes.
